Decided to test drawing on isometric paper! I made this drawing as a test of techniques and material, in prepration for creating a D&D battle map later on. Drawing was fun and not as time consuming as I had feared! The real map will not fit on one A3 page at this scale, but I think this is the right size so I will try splitting the map into two parts....

In Swedish there is a saying that goes “Elda inte för kråkorna”. A rough translation is “Don’t burn firewood for the crows”. A better translation might be “Don’t let the heat go up the chimney.” Anyway, it’s what people in Sweden say to someone who doesn’t close an outer door quickly enough during winter.
